The Cadet Advisory Council (CAC) is the cadet's opportunity to influence senior CAP leaders, improve cadet life, and increase their leadership effectiveness.

It is primarily designed to cover everything an AEO would need to know to be able to advance to the Technician level in the AEO specialty track, while also covering some of the additional requirements for the senior and master ratings.

During this activity, all cadets who wish to serve on the 2023 Encampment cadre will participate in a series of knowledge and skill assessments. Cadre positions for both support and training roles will be awarded to the best prepared and most proficient applicants.
